The parcels can be collected and lodged from your office each afternoon individually or along with your postal mail at a designated time.
DX MAIL PRODUCTS
The Document Exchange or DX system is a private mail and parcel distribution network run by the Toll Group with whom we partner. The DX System originated with the idea of an efficient document service for legal firms and grew to include the professional industry as a whole such as accountants, financial institutions, insurance companies etc. It is generally an overnight service providing a fast (1 to 2 days ), secure and cost effective delivery of mail and parcels directly to the receiver in metropolitan areas around Australia.
Now the MPEX / Toll Products are available to every business large and small directly from our courier.
You can send your parcels seperately through the DX system and if you have general AP mail as well you can incorporate your mail service pickup with the Toll DX pickup only for your parcels at no extra charge, simply use the MPEX products that we provide. These products are on consignment, therefore giving you the opportunity to pay for these products as they are required so there are no upfront costs paying for stock on hand.
Australia Post has reduced some of it`s standard procedures to save costs this includes their daily mail service (delivery may be every few days ) and also their express service which does not guarantee next day delivery any more. The DX Mail System is an economical express mail system available for over night delivery other than a courier delivery which are significantly more expensive and so are often not cost effective for general use but for more urgent deliveries . The MPEX products can be used as a fast and economical way of couriering not only your documents but also goods up to 5kg in weight over night.
It is worth noting that items for delivery with a destination in our local business area maybe delivered daily or over night directly by our driver keeping costs down and saving further time !
